As regards feasibility to implement the Option 2, as recommended by 7th CPC for fixing the Pension to retirees, there should not be much of difficulty in majority of cases, since all required data is available in Original PPO and subsequent Revised PPOs issued based on various circulars issued time to time viz Grade at the time of Retirement,pay at which individual has retired ii.e. No.of increments earned etc. Govt. may honour the recommendations.
